Where is Recently Deleted on Instagram?

Instagram includes a Recently Deleted tool that helps you retrieve recently deleted photos, videos, reels, IGTV movies, and stories. Deleted items have been kept in a 30-day "Recently Deleted" section since February 2021. They are then erased on their own. Erased stories are the lone exception; they will remain in the Recently Deleted folder for 24 hours before being permanently deleted.

How to See Recently Deleted on Instagram?

Follow the steps below and access Instagram's Recently Deleted folder:

Open Instagram app on your phone.
In the top right corner, tap the Profile symbol.
In the top right corner, tap the three lines.
Select 'Settings' from the drop-down menu.
Select 'Account' from the drop-down menu.
'Recently removed' is located at the bottom of the page.
