There are several ways to check your Smart load balance, so just choose one that you feel the most comfortable with. You can dial a number, send an SMS or use the SIM menu. How To Check Your Data Balance In Smart?
1) Dial *123#
The quickest way to check your Smart balance is to dial *123#. Your prepaid load balance will be displayed instantly after dialling the USSD code. Choose Balance/Services and then Check Balance (you can do this by typing the correct number such as "4" and clicking SEND) if you want a detailed breakdown of your Smart balance. If you're currently subscribed to a promo, you'll see your load balance and load expiration date, as well as the status and expiration dates of your promo inclusions (texts, calls, or Internet data).
2) Text BAL to 214
Texting BAL to 214 is another tried and true way to check your Smart balance. Smart will send you a text message with a detailed analysis of your Smart load balance and any promo inclusions, if any. This is a wonderful technique to figure out how many MBs are left in your data allocation.

Smart Postpaid subscribers, like prepaid subscribers, can log in to their My Smart accounts to view their postpaid bill or balance in a quick and simple manner. That's all there is to it; you've now mastered the art of checking your Smart balance without breaking a sweat. Make a mental note of these approaches so you can utilise them the next time you need to assess your load balance. You can also keep these numbers (such as *123# or 214) in your phonebook or contacts for quick access.
How To Check Your Balance In Smart - FAQ
Dial *143# on your phone and press Call. Enter number 7 for Balance Inquiry, then press Send. You will receive an onscreen message showing your current balance, free texts, and load validity.
Go to www.smart.com.ph, click on the 'Store' tab then click the 'Order Status' icon. Log in using your My Smart account.
- Please make sure that you have the following ready:
- order reference number/transaction number.
- service request number, if applicable.

They must register each day, by simply sending “FREE” to the number “9999.” Registration is free. They will receive an SMS confirmation upon successful registration. Once registered, subscribers can enjoy a free data volume package of up to 30MB per day.
Go to My Plans and you can see your current data plan and the validity. For web view, type Jio.com in your browser and sign in. Once you are logged in, you can see your balance given on top of the page. To check your Jio 4G data plan validity, go to My Plans section.
Just dial *121# and select Balance/Services and then Check Balance. It will then show your Smart mobile number and your available load balance.
