4. Fu Mingxia 

Fu Mingxia was only 13 years and 345 days old when she won her Gold medal at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona. She is from China and is popularly known as the youngest Olympic diving champion. She has also won three more gold medals and a silver medal in Olympics. In 2000, she won her last Olympic gold medal.
