Due to Kusuri's medicine, Hakari, Karane, Shizuka, and Nano transformed into Kissing Zombies. In the subsequent episode, Aijo and Kusuri raced back to the Chemistry Lab with the aim of creating four reversible medicines for them.

However, the task proved challenging due to the girls' newfound superhuman strength post-zombification. En route to the Lab, they encountered the Vice Principal, and in the midst of the confrontation, Kusuri accidentally spilled her "face-melting" medicine on the Vice Principal, facilitating their escape. Interestingly, the thick foundation layer on the Vice Principal's face protected her from any harm.

While navigating the hallways, Aijo realized that the girls were exclusively targeting him. To throw them off, he contemplated splitting up with Kusuri, each making their way to the lab separately. Despite Aijo's plan, Shizuka, Hakari, and Karane caught up to him and kissed him deeply. Despite this, Aijo managed to outsmart the zombie girls and reach the lab. Notably, Nano retained her intelligence despite the effects of the medicine.

Recognizing Kusuri as the ultimate threat to her "Kissing" plans, Nano waited outside the Lab. In an attempt to deceive Nano, Kusuri consumed a reversible potion, transforming into her mature form. However, Nano saw through the disguise due to Kusuri's speech pattern, leading to her capture with a rope. While Aijo had been hiding from Nano, he followed his instincts and attempted to flee, but Nano pursued him and kissed him deeply.
