WOW Classic PTR Patch Notes

Blizzard has released patch notes for WoW Classic 1.13.6 PTR Patch Notes which includes Naxxramas, new Items, and Content. The notes imply this is a staggered launch, with possibly some content coming before the Naxxramas raid.

Naxxramas

Is WoW Classic on PTR?
