Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are the latest role-playing video games for the Nintendo Switch that were created by Game Freak and released by Nintendo and The Pokémon Company. Pokemon Scarlet and Violet have brought some more new features to the game, which means there are plenty of unique pocket monsters out there that can be collected and battled against. When fighting against certain Pokemon, players are confused about what type they are initially, so understanding which moves you should use is very important. Here are some of the Tinkaton Weaknesses given in this section. Tinkaton of this latest role is a Fairy and Steel-type Pokemon, which means they contain weaknesses in Ground and Fire-type moves. It is immune to Poison, and the Dragon moves and is resistant to Normal, Flying, Rock, Psychic, Bug, Grass, Dark, Ice, and Fairy-type attacks. As for specific Pokemon you want to avoid bringing into battle against Tinkaton, you will want to leave Dark, Dragon, Fighting, Fairy, Ice, and Rock out. They all have at least one weakness to Tinkaton's attacks. Tinkaton also carries Dark moves, so be careful with Ghost and Psychic Pokemon.

Pokemon Tinkaton Build

Tinkaton is the only known Pokémon capable of learning the move Gigaton Hammer. Tinkaton is best teamed up with solid Pokemon who can break through defensive Pokemon. Even with Gigaton Hammer, Tinkaton may not always be able to break highly defensive Pokemon, so teammates who excel at this task are good to have in your team. Fire and Ground-types may also prove difficult for Tinkaton as they usually outspeed and knock it out.

Tinkaton Pokedex Entry

Tinkaton is a dual-type Fairy/Steel Pokémon introduced in Generation IX. It evolves from Tinkatuff starting at level 38. It is the final form of Tinkatink. Tinkaton is a pink, bipedal, humanoid Pokémon with purple eyes, light pink hair with darker pink patterns across it, and a large mouth. Its hands have 5 fingers each, with the thumbs having the same pink color as the body. It wields a giant metal hammer that weighs over 220 pounds (100 kg) and is welded together from several scraps of metal colored in varying shades of purple. Despite the heavy hammer, this Pokémon can easily swing it with its whole body. Tinkaton swings it's hammer to pelt rocks into the sky, aiming for Corviknight flying in the sky. This Pokémon is also brilliant and will steal anything it wants and take it back to its dwelling.

  • In Scarlet, it knocks rocks into the sky with its hammer, aiming for flying Corviknight.

  • In Violet, The hammer tops 220 pounds, yet it gets swung around easily by Tinkaton as it pockets whatever it delights and carries its haul back home.
