"The voyage of "Pokémon Horizons: The Series" commences right after Ash's heartfelt farewell to both his mother and his fans in the Kanto region. The narrative centers around Liko, a resident of Paldea, who enrolls at the Indigo Academy in Kanto, a boarding school where she begins the process of building friendships.

She possesses an enigmatic pendant passed down through generations in her family, hinting at a concealed power within her. Her first interaction with a Pokémon occurs when she befriends the charming Sprigatito, a grass-type starter from Paldea.

Simultaneously, Roy, another inhabitant of Kanto, stands ready to embark on his adventure alongside his partner Fuecoco, a fire-type starter from Paldea. Roy possesses a distinct item—an intriguingly designed Pokéball with a steampunk aesthetic. Fate intricately weaves their paths as they cross ways with Friede, a Pokémon professor, and his reliable partner, Captain Pikachu. Together, they embark on an expedition to explore the expansive and enigmatic realm of Pokémon.

In "Pokémon Horizons: The Series," the storyline is anchored by dual protagonists, Liko and Roy. Liko, accompanied by her partner Pokémon Sprigatito, and Roy, joined by Fuecoco, will encounter a diverse array of characters during their journey.
