It is supposed to be the sixth television series in Marvel Studios' Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), sharing continuity with the franchise's films. Ali is the chief writer, while Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah lead the directing crew. In early November 2020, Atlanta, Georgia, and New Jersey will be completed in Thailand in May 2021. Who Are The Ms. Marvel Cast?

Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel

Kevin Feige announced during Disney’s Investor Day 2020 that rookie Iman Vellani has been cast in the title role of Ms. Marvel “after a long search.” The series will serve as an origin narrative for Kamala Khan, as well as a prequel to the 2023 feature The Marvels, in which Vellani will reprise her role alongside Brie Laron’s Carol Danvers and Teyonah Parris’ Monica Rambeau.

Matt Lintz as Bruno Carrelli

Despite feeling invisible both at home and at school, Kamala will have some friends on her side in the Disney+ Ms. Marvel series. Matt Lintz, who plays Kamala’s best friend and loyal confidant Bruno Carrelli, has been cast in a pivotal role on Murphy’s Multiverse. In the first trailer, he appears with the show’s titular hero.

Yasmeen Fletcher as Nakia Bahadir

Nakia Bahadir, another of Kamala Khan’s best friends, will be played by Yasmeen Fletcher. According to Murphy’s Multiverse, the character notably wears a headscarf in the comics, which sparked questions about whether the live-action series would stay loyal to this essential cultural feature. According to Fletcher, Nakia will be wearing a hijab in the series, who verified the news on Instagram.

Rish Shah as Kamran

Ms.Marvel UK’s official Twitter page posted an image from British Vogue confirming Rish Shah has entered the superhero realm to portray Kamran, the male lead in the Disney+ series. Kamran, Kamala’s love interest, appears in the first trailer with a bouquet of red roses, yet it looks to be nothing more than a fantasy from Kamala’s overactive mind.

Zenobia Shroff as Muneeba Khan

Zenobia Shroff, who plays Kamala’s mother Muneeba Khan in Ms. Marvel, is another new addition to the ensemble. Kamala frequently argued with her parents about Muslim traditions and morals in the comics, but she remained extremely close to them. The first teaser confirmed that Kamala is still a practicing Muslim in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Mohan Kapur as Yusuf Khan

Bollywood actor Mohan Kapur will play Yusuf Khan, Kamala’s father, in the new superhero series. In her most recent solo title, The Magnificent Ms. Marvel, Kamala traveled to a distant world to defend its inhabitants from an invading force but returned home to personal tragedy, learning that her father had been diagnosed with a rare, incurable disease – thankfully, we haven’t seen anything of the sort in the MCU version yet.

Laurel Marsden as Zoe Zimmer

Laurel Marsden will also be joining the MCU as Zoe Zimmer, a character who first debuted in 2014’s Ms. Marvel (Vol. 3) #1. In the comics, Zimmer was the first person Ms. Marvel saved when she fell into the Hudson River, despite the fact that she was once viewed as a “frenemy” to Kamala at Coles Academic High School.

Aramis Knight as Kareem, aka Red Dagger

Aramis Knight joined the Ms. Marvel ensemble as Kareem, alias Red Dagger, a crime-fighting figure with a familial relation to the Khans. According to his Marvel Fandom website, Kareem resided with Kamala’s grandmother in Karachi while completing his university studies in the day. He turned into the masked hero known as Red Dagger at night.
