The Eternals are a race of divine beings caught in a millennial conflict with the less evolved deviants and their creators, the Heavenly Ones. Every Eternal has seen civilizations grow and die in their domain Olympia: they are immortals who are endowed with strange, sometimes monstrous powers. Who Are The 10 Best Characters In Marvel’s Eternals?

1. Gilgamesh

Gilgamesh is considered to be the strongest member of the team. He is a power that uses optical explosions from his fists with all the other blessings an Eternal one has, that is, an eternal and superhuman physical strength. Gilgamesh was (initially) instrumental in eliminating deviants from earth. , and even withstood the resurgence of the developed wave of them.  He eventually succumbs to his injuries after new leader Deviant Kro increases his own strength by absorbing the power of the Eternals, but his new strength is alien to the team struggling to stop them. fend off Kro while protecting Thena. Like Ajak, another of his strengths is his incredible composure under pressure and compassion.

2. Ikaris

While Ikaris is canonically outclassed by another, in terms of raw power, he would likely be the second strongest of the group. Director Chloé Zhao based this iteration of the Eternal on Henry Cavill's Superman to combine the sheer power of which he is capable with an internal moral conflict.

3. Thena

While Thena's state of mind is one of the unanswered questions the Eternals leave, their level of power is undeniably among the highest in the group. She became the basis for the Earth Goddess of War, and her enhanced strength and ability to summon a weapon and shield on Will attest to this.  Thena is next to Gilgamesh one of the few people who could face Ikaris in a one-on-one fight. Thena's power is also evident in how dangerous she can be when affected by Mahd Wy'ry's illness, which undermines her memories. and it becomes violently unpredictable because it has been alive for so long.

4. Kingo

Kingo can't compete with the strengths of Ikaris, Thena or Gilgamesh, but he is arguably the second strongest in terms of physicality. His physique and skills are up to the task of fighting the Deviants head-on and proving himself against Kro and his cavalry during the battle in the Amazon.  This scene showed that he is capable of both short and long range as his physical strength is complemented by the cosmic projectiles he can fire. The Deviant he killed also showed how incredibly agile he can be.

5. Ajak

Earth's First Eternal Ajak isn't one of the strongest Eternals when it comes to fighting up front, but with her role in the group, she has proven that she can do more than defend herself. Ajak's most famous power is its impressive healing.  Regeneration skills that greatly improve their survivability and emphasize their importance for the Eternals. That ability, and its role as the team's strategic and moral center, coincides with her title of Prime, especially since Arishem designed her with that in mind to ensure they all stick together as a unit. Her immense empathy and mother figure Ajak also serve Sersi, Phastos, Druig and Makkari as invaluable tests to challenge Arishem's great design and stop the birth of the new heavenly one. 

6. Sersi

Sersi also provides an important supporting role for the Eternals, even if their combat strength is not the highest. This meaning is shown in their ability to manipulate inanimate objects through touch in order to transform them into something else. The opening sequence in London with Sersi transforming the bus into petals while saving the people inside is one of the best demonstrations of that power.   With Arishem's primary goal for the Eternals being to keep people safe, his support and damage control skills are invaluable and in terms of mental strength, he is well on his way to the heights of Ajak as the team's central pillar morally achievable and tactically. The potential line of power is high, and the election of Ajak de Sersi as his successor is proof of that.

7. Druig

Druig is definitely one of the more complicated heroes within the group as he is stubborn and difficult to argue once he takes a stand on something, but arguably has one of the most useful powers: his ability to control people's minds on a massive scale largely resembles theirs lower skills in direct combat compared to Thena, Gilgamesh, Ikaris  It is a potentially terrifying ability if dropped on someone else as it could easily be misused for nefarious purposes. However, his compassion for humanity and Druig's quote towards the end of Eternals underscores his growth and maturity.

8. Makkari

The main skill that Makkari has could be comparable to that of Sersi in its supportive nature. It is capable of superhuman speeds that appear to be on par with DC's Flash. In Eternals, fans can see that his ability is used exceptionally well in damage control situations.  Makkari is able to evacuate dozens of people from dangerous situations almost immediately and pave the way for the team to defeat the attacking deviants. While combat is not her specialty, she has shown that she can be effective as a backup in quick hit andrun attacks. like in the collective fight of the remaining team against Ikaris to stop the emergency.

9. Phastos

On the Eternals team, comic book fans know that Phastos functions primarily as a technical brain. His tremendous intelligence helps with things like weapons, and also develops advances to contribute to the evolution of mankind. This can help anyone in the field, but the limitations that Phastos must respect clearly show that his potential has not yet been reached.  The technology he can design and build in such a short amount of time is impressive to say the least, especially when he has been shown that he could use some of his inventions to make someone as almost invincible as Ikaris in the final act was to severely restrict. 

10. Sprite

When fighting hostile aliens, Sprite would likely be the weakest of the Eternals, although it certainly has its merits to complement the rest of the team in action. Ikaris, Thena, Gilgamesh and Kingo definitely outperform them physically. But Sprite's incredibly realistic projections can help the group gain elusive advantages.  Deviant's attack on what is now London showed how he could buy Sersi and Dane Whitman time to get out of dangerous situations by confusing the attacker. Members like Sersi, Phastos and Ajak are better at their support skills in combat situations, but Sprite helps by having more numbers to aid in battles that will last generations against the dissenters.
