As for now, Esme has been with Spencer and Nikolas. Nikolas cheated on Ava with Esme, and fans know this. So, now could Esme reveal that the unborn is Cassadine's heir? Chances are there that the baby could have survived the parapet ordeal. Ava searched for Esme's body for many days, in the hospital and other places, but she couldn't find it. Now, if she is dead, her body should have been recovered by now. And the fact that the characters who fell from the parapet did not lose their life, fans speculated that Esme might not be dead.
