Reactivate Duo Mobile on your Mobile Phone

First sign into my.fsu.edu
Under my.fsu links, click myFSU management and select update DUO.
Click my settings and device.
Search using a device and a links.
Go down, find the device that you are reactivating and click device options.
Click reactivate duo mobile
Select the type of device you have and click continue
Open your phone’s app store (apple play store or google play store) and download and install the duo mobile app
Click I have duo mobile installed
The barcode and set of instructions will appear on the Mobile. If your phone does not have a camera or you are unable to scan the barcode, continue to the next step
If you cant scan the barcode, click the link that says or have an activation link mailed to you
Enter the email address which you gave and click send email
On the phone, you are activating, check your email for your messages from duo security and open the link in the mail. If your phone asks which app to use to open the link select duo mobile.
Duo mobile will be activated
Click continue to finish adding your device.

Sign into my.fsu.edu
Under my. fsu links click my.fsu identity management and select update DUO
Click my settings and devices
Verify using an existing device method
Scroll down and find out the devices you are trying to reactivate and click device options
Click reactivate duo mobiles
Open your tablet app store ( apple play store or google play store) and download and install the duo mobile app
Click I have installed duo mobile
A barcode and set of instructions will appear
If you cannot scan the barcode click the link that says or have an activation link emailed to you instead
Enter your email address and click send mail
On the tablet, you are reactivating check your email from duo security and open the link in the mail
Duo mobile will be activated
Click continue to finish adding up your device.
