The answer will be no, Instagram does not notify the users if they take a screenshot of a post. Instagram does not give out names of those who took the screenshot. And so you can take a screenshot of anything you like, nothing will be noticed. Unlike Snapchat, where the person gets notified if someone takes a screenshot of their story, Instagram will not sell out its users.
