Eligibility criteria DFCCIL Recruitment 2021

Executive

• Qualification: Retired from Supervisory cadre (ssE/sE) on substantive basis from l,evel-7.

• Salary: 

• The pay of the retired employr:es in CDA scale will be fixed in terms of HR Policy circular No.2912019 dated - o1.1o.2o1g. As per the existing policy basic remuneration of the re-employecl employee(s) will be fixed after deduction of pension from the last pay drawn at the time of superannu ationl retirement.

• Entitlement for Conveyance a-llowalce and Mobile charges will be governed as per DFCCIL's policy.

• Such re-emplo'yed persons will be eligible for the applicable Dearness Allowance(CDA) as per DoIr&T guidelines.

• No other allowance is admissible. In case of travel on duty, TAlDAlLodging as admissible to the regular employees of equivalent level to which retired employee is re-employed, will be admissible.

• Age: As per HR policy, the re employed employees will be allowecl to work upto the maximum age limit of 65 years. Preference will be given to retired employees from Indian Railways below 62 years of age & with gocd health.

Junior Executive

• Qualification: Retired as Sr. Technician on substantive basis from Level-6. Retired as Technician Gr-l on substantive basis from Level-5. Retired as Technician Gr-l on substantive basis from l,evel-3

• Salary:

Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Junior Manager/ Senior Executive

• Qualification: Manager: Group B officers of Central/State Govt. with at least service in Group B (Gazetted)in relevant discipline. OR PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline OR working in Rs. 60000-180000 (lDA) (E3) with four years'service in that grade.

• Assistant Manager: Group B officers of Central/State Govt. in the relevant discipline. OR PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline OR working in Rs. 50000 - 160000 (IDA) (E2) with four years' service in that grade.

• Junior Manager: Central/State Government employees working in analogous grade (Level-8) in relevant discipline or holding substantive posts in Level-7 (Level 8 in Accounts) OR PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline OR working in Rs. 40000-140000 (IDA) (El) with four years' service in that grade.

• Senior Executive: Central/State Government employees working in analogous grade (Level-7) in relevant discipline or holding substantive posts in Level-6 OR PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. (IDA) (EO) with four years' service in that Grade.

• Salary: Parent pay plus deputation allowance (And all other Perks and Allowances applicable as per DFCCIL policy)

• Age: Not more than 55 years

Senior Executive/ Executive

• Qualification: Central/ State Government employees working in analogous grade (Level 7) in relevant discipline or holding substantive posts in Level- 6 or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 30000-120000 (IDA) (EO) with four years' service in that grade.

• Executive: Central/State Government employees working in analogous grade (Level 6) in relevant discipline or holding substantive posts in Level-5/Level-4 or PSU employees working in analogous grade or in Rs. 29000-91000 (IDA) with four years' service in thegrade.

• Salary: Parent pay plus deputation allowance (And all other Perks and Allowances applicable as per DFCCIL policy)

• Age: The age limit for the DFCCIL Recruitment 2021 is not available

Deputy Chief Project Manager/ Project Manager

• Qualification: 

• DY. CPM (AGM): Central/State Govt. officers working in analogous grade (Level-13A) in the relevant discipline or in Selection Grade (Level-1A) with minimum 12 years in Group A in the relevant discipline or in Rs (IDA) (E6)with four years' service in the grade,

• DY. CPM (JGM): Central/State Govt. officers working in analogous substantive grade (Level-13) in the relevant discipline or in Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) (Level- 12) with 8-12 years' service in Group A in the relevant discipline or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. (IDA) (ESi with four years' servtce in the grade.

• Salary: Parent pay plus deputation allowance (And all other Perks and Allowances applicable as per DFCCIL policy)

• Age: Not more than 55 years

Chief General Manager/ General Manager

• Qualification: Central/State Govt. officers working in analogous grade (Level-14) in the relevant discipline or in SG (Level-13)with 17 years service in Group A in the relevant discipline. OR PSU employees working in analogous grade in the relevant discipline OR in Rs. 1,00,000-2,60,000 (lDA) (E7) with four vears' service in that grade.

• Job Description: The officer has to deal with all issues pertaining to planning and execution of civil works including preparation of GAD, Estimates, Tendering, execution of formation, Bridges, Tracks works etc

• Salary: Parent pay plus deputation allowance (And all other Perks and Allowances applicable as per DFCCIL policy)

• Age: Not more than 55 years
