Unfortunately, in COD MW2, your Reticle cannot currently be changed or customized. That's because there isn't a way to achieve that in the game. It appears that until the developers update the customization option, you will have to utilize the default Reticle. Some rumors claim that the future version will provide the ability to adjust Crosshair. Players may find this disappointing, though, as these kinds of options are typically required in FPS games.
You can only switch to new Optics and upgrade them if you want to increase your aim accuracy in the game.
