While Mika Kleinschmidt is a Realtor, Brian is the developer, and they help clients design and build their perfect dream house in 100 days or less.

They work together with a team of skilled individuals to give their clients a perfect house.

Where is 100 Day Dream House Filmed? 100 Day Dream Home is filmed in Tampa Bay area, Florida. It is located on the west coast of the state and is surrounded by Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater. Tampa Bay area is also called as Tampa-St, Petersburg-Clearwater Metropolitan Statistical Area or Tampa Bay MSA.

Some of the places in the Tampa Bay area which are perfect for filming the show are Plant City, Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Riverview, downtown Tampa, and St. Petersburg. In the show, Mika and Brian build homes in Pinellas Park, Seminole Heights, and Shore Acres. 

Brian and Mika ensure that their team members are from Tampa, including contractors, subcontractors, artists, designers, and home builders. Even the construction materials are mostly sourced locally.

In the show, the owners of the newly made houses get a complimentary gift from the producers, such as kitchen floors, backyard, ceilings, or even interior designs.
