YSR Rythu Bharosa PM Kisan Samman was a scheme that was launched in the state of Andhra Pradesh by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh in 2019 as a part of the nine  Navratna welfare schemes introduced by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Listed below are all the farmers who are eligible for this scheme

• Farmers belonging to SC/ ST/ BC/ Minority

• All Farmers of Andhra Pradesh, who are owners of  cultivable land 

• All the farmers who are enrolled in the PM-Kisan Scheme 

• Even those farmers who are cultivating on endowments/temples/inam lands are eligible as well

PM Kisan Rythu Bharosa Payment Status

The YSR Rythu Bharosa payment for the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme was decided to be Rs.13500 every year for eligible farmers. The Government along with the authorities decided that they would pay this amount of Rs.13500 in three installments to provide for the farmers throughout the year. Their aim was to help farmers for their Rabi crops and as a damage control in case there are any issues during the summer. 

Rythu Bharosa Payment Status 2020 - First Installment

The YSR Rythu Bharosa despite being announced and implemented on 15th october 2020 the first installment of the total amount was given on 15th May 2020. The original plan was to give Rs.7500 as the first installment but the pandemic situation forced the Government to divide even the first installment into two. Rs.2000 was first deposited into the banks to all eligible farmers in April 2020 and the remaining Rs.3500 was deposited on 15th May 2020.

YSR Rythu Bharosa PM Kisan Payment Status - Second Installment

The second installment was promised to the farmers in October 2020. The second installment would comprise Rs.2000. The issue of the second instalment was aimed at helping farmers with Rabi season crops and farmers who incurred a loss in their kharif crops.

YSR Rythu Bharosa Payment Status - Third Installment

The third and the final installment of the YSR Rythu Bharosa PM Kisan Samman that comprised an amount of Rs. 4000 was deposited to the bank accounts of farmers on 28th December 2020. This brought to an end the first year of the YSR Rythu Bharosa. The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh had launched the scheme stating that the scheme will be there for 5 years. 

Rythu Bharosa Status - How To Apply?

Village volunteers are newly appointed to identify eligible farmers in a given area.  The existing validated database of land ownership will be the base for identification of beneficiaries for this Scheme. These newly appointed officials will  collect the information and submit it to the revenue officials. These officials will be entrusted with preparing the final list of beneficiaries. Once the final list is prepared it is submitted to the government who will after another verification upload the final list online.
