Stuck Character Service Not Working

With WoW Dragonflight's release, the pre-patch event Tempest Unleashed is going down though many were left unable to claim every reward. For Modern WoW and Burning Crusade Classic

• To open the menu, Press 'Esc' or click the? Button 

•  From the menu, select Support

• Now scroll down, and click the self-service options. Next, click Stuck Character Service and proceed with the continue option.

The final thing is to choose the character that you want to unstuck to release it. 

For WoW Classic

• To open the Game Menu, Click on? Icon 

• Click on Help

• Click on Character Stuck

You can use Your Hearthstone (if not on cooldown) or Teleport to Graveyard. Still, you need help finding and logging in on your stuck character. If the problem persists, you need to use the self-service options from Battle.net.
