Fiduciary

A formal word with the definition "related to or involving trust fiduciary is used. Although fiduciary relationships sometimes involve money, the name fiduciary does not by itself imply pecuniary (or "money-related") issues. Instead, the term "fiduciary" refers to any circumstance in which one person legitimately has faith and confidence in another and requests that person's assistance or counsel in an issue. For instance, the client-attorney relationship is a fiduciary one since the client trusts the attorney to always act in the client's best interest.
