According to the report from ABC7 news, it has been reported a tree trimmer accidentally crashed into a chipper and died. The incident happened near Menlo Park in the city of California. The commoners in that area rushed to the accidental area after the incident happened. They called the local police and informed them about the accident. The ambulance was also called at once by the residents of that region. No further details about the person who met with the accident are revealed by the police officers.

It has been reported by the ABC7 news that, On this Tuesday, at 12.53 p.m, an urgent phone call was made by the residents from the 900 block of Peggy Lane to the local police station saying about an accident in Menlo Park. Without delay, the police officers rushed to the accidental area, where they found the worker already dead. Police officers are mak9ing further investigation into the accident with fellow workers and the residents. It has also been reported that the victim is a tree trimmer working in the FA Bartlett Tree Expert Company in the state’s Occupational Safety and Health division.

One of the residents, Lisa Mitchell, said, “We all feel sick and sad. We’re really sad. We’re trying to imagine what the poor family and their fellow workers are feeling. And it’s just, it’s a lot. We just feel terrible. We see a lot of their trucks. So, I can only imagine what they’re feeling, because I’m sure they treat their employees like family and it’s just, it’s awful.You hear about the possibilities of horrific things happening, but don’t really know that they can. And today was clearly proof that they can.” Another resident Thanh Skinner said to the reporters, saying, “It’s generally very peaceful, quiet, you don’t really see any activity. So, when I came home around 2:30 p.m., the street was completely blocked off. And so we thought maybe something had happened to one of our neighbors.”

According to the report from ABC7 News, it has been reported from the police side that the tree trimmer was pulled into the chipper during the tree trimming operations. It is also said that Cal/OSHA will be investigating the case and has six months of time to issue citations if any health and safety violations are found. The police officers informed the public that the identity of the worker would be released in the San Mateo County coroner’s office, and the case would be investigated by the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health.
