Neeraj Khemlani, the co-president of CBS news, issued an official statement welcoming Natalie Morales on board CBS News.

Natalie Morales left NBC a year ago to join The Talk alongside Sheryl Underwood, Amanda Kloots, Jerry O’Connell and Akbar Gbaja-Biamila. It is not clear why did Natalie Morales leave NBC, but Natalie had once said that her new job as a part of CBS news would let her spend more time with her family.
