Who Killed Duke In Glass Onion
In Glass Onion, Miles is the killer, and Duke isn't his solitary victim. While he poisoned Duke's drink with pineapple and earlier explained that he was allergic – he was also responsible for the death of Andi, played by Janelle Monae, and Helen Brand, played by Janelle, twin sister.
We're led to believe, Throughout the movie, that Andi is attending the murder mystery party. However, it's later disclosed that she was murdered, and her identical sister Helen decided to take her place and pass off the illusion to get to the bottom of determining the murderer. Glass Onion Who Killed Duke: Ending Explained
Miles' friends all lied in court for him to win the suit. But, when Helen investigates who murdered her sister, she discovers that they all had motives to kill Andi, from greed and personal profit. Helen is also subsequently shot by an unknown figure and revealed to be, you guessed it, Miles. While the party assumes she's dead, it turns out that Benoit enabled her to fake her death and passed off Jeremy Renner's small batch like the hot sauce as blood.
Miles' reasons for killing Duke? Therefore, Duke sees Miles leaving Andi's home before her death, and he eventually learns Andi's dead when the story goes public via online news sources during the party.

He suspects Miles is responsible and blackmails him, so Miles must keep him quiet for good. However, as mentioned earlier, Helen can locate the napkin in Miles's office in the Glass Onion. Unfortunately, Miles can get it and believes he has conquered. Sure, he may have defeated the battle, but he fails the war when Helen triggers the alternative fuel, provoking the Glass Onion to erupt in a fiery explosion.
It ensures his ruin because not only does it prove the fuel is dangerous, but Miles also loaned the original Mona Lisa painting from the Louvre, which was killed in the blast. Both mean his reputation will be departed in tatters.
