The famous Lietuenant Colonel Jack Sullivan is the main antagonist of season 4 of Stranger Things. He served as the major antagonist of the California storyline. Sullivan is a colonel who is interested to find and neutralize Eleven, thinking her powers are dangerous. He is portrayed by Sherman Augustus. Sherman Augustus is an actor, former NFL player, and martial artist.

In the first scene of Colonel Sullivan, he is seen coming to the residence of Sam Owens in Ruth, Nevada by helicopter. In that scene, there is a questioning part, which questions what has killed Chrissy Cunningham in Hawkins, Indiana. Sullivan believes that Eleven was the real cause, and frightens Owens to get her spot as his soldiers to raid the house. After this, Sullivan commands an attack on the Byers residence, which kills many agents of a faction. By this, he helps Eleven, but Agent Wallace survives. Jack is ill-treated for information.
