Per the news from NBC, the new guy added to the Chicago P.D. series is Benjamin Levy Aguilar for the role of Dante Torris. Torrid is the recruit added to Halstead’s team as his partner. Torres is highly guarded and reveals little about himself, but he can be a good cop in future episodes. Halstead is suspected of being a gang member sent to infiltrate the Intelligence Unit. He began to uncover more details from Torres’ past. By the end of the episode, it has been revealed that Torres was in a gang as a teen but went to jail after beating up his mother’s abusive husband and sending him into a coma.
