Pokemon
Pokémon is a video game series created by Game Freak and released by Nintendo and The Pokémon Company as part of the Pokémon media empire. Satoshi Tajiri invented it with cooperation from Ken Sugimori, and the initial games, Pocket Monsters Red and Green, were launched in Japan for the Game Boy in 1996, and were eventually distributed outside of Japan as Pokémon Red and Blue. The primary series of role-playing video games (RPGs), called to by their producers as the "core series," has been continued on each generation of Nintendo's handhelds. The most current core series game, Pokémon Legends: Arceus, was published for the Nintendo Switch on January 28, 2022. It is a precursor to the Nintendo DS games, Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, which were released in 2006.
The main games are published in generations, with each generation featuring unique Pokémon, narratives, and characters. Remakes of games are often published approximately a decade after the original versions on the most recent console. While the primary series comprises of RPGs created by Game Freak, several spin-off games based on the series have been created by a variety of businesses, including genres such as action role-playing, puzzle, combat, and digital pet games.

Which Pokemon Version Is The Best?
Pokémon Gold/Silver Version/Crystal is the best version of Pokemon game to play. After Pokemon Red and Blue enthralled the globe, the sequel had a lot to live up to. Fans worldwide were clamoring for more, and happily, Silver and Gold delivered in spades. The second generation was bigger and better than the first, including 100 outstanding and memorable additions to the Pokemon repertoire, as well as two new Pokemon kinds and a slew of new moves. It introduced several intriguing new elements that altered the game in exciting new ways.
The addition of a day and night cycle included time-specific obstacles as well as some Pokemon that could only be captured at specified times of day. Silver and Gold retained all of the elements that made the earlier games so entertaining, but they broadened the experience to establish themselves as the greater Pokemon game. Even better, after you complete the game, you will be able to access the Kanto area from Red and Blue, allowing you to return all of the gyms and trainers. Silver and Gold was a huge step forward for the brand, and nothing has come close since.
Pokemon Crystal then swooped in as a shiny upgraded replica of Silver and Gold, and it's especially noteworthy since it was the first Pokemon game to let you choose whether to play as a boy or a girl. Thankfully, this became a standard feature in all subsequent games.

Which Pokemon Version Is The Best - FAQs
Beginner Friendly:
- Pokémon Brilliant Diamond And Shining Pearl.
- Pokémon Sword And Shield.
- Pokémon FireRed And LeafGreen.
- Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Explorers Of Time/Darkness.
- Pokémon Red and Blue.
- Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 Challenge Mode.
- Pokémon Emerald.
- Pokémon Platinum.
Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum or Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, and Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are the most fun Pokemon games in our opinion. Double battles, cool Legendary Pokemon, new Pokemon evolutions, and deep post-game content all factor into our decision.
Pokemon sun and moon have ultra high level graphics that's makes you even more hasty to play Pokemon sun and moon but you can also play Pokemon Fire Red and leaft green.
While the Pokémon games (mostly) don't need to be played in any order for story reasons, those wanting to experience more than just the most recent games should consider starting with the older titles. With every new game released, those before it become increasingly archaic.
Each version has a number of exclusive Pokemon, most notably the game's headline legendary Pokemon, Solgaleo (Sun) and Lunala (Moon). Sun may get the elegant Alolan Ninetails, but Moon gets Psychic orang-utan Oranguru, so Moon is obviously better.
