In the Teen Mom series, the Next Chapter season 1, episode 10 aired tonight, November 8, on MTV. Amber and Andrew have been battling a custody battle for their shared 4-year-old son, James. It comes after Amber opened up about the conditions that her son was living in at Andrew's house – and many believe this is why Andrew is moving to Amber's home. Andrew Glennon is now living in his mother's Malibu home with his and Amber's son James, nearly three months after he was granted sole custody of the four-year-old.

Per The Sun, the judge also granted the request to relocate with James from Portwood's native Indiana to Glennon's home state of California. This week, Amber tried to move on after losing her 4-year-old son James custody to her ex-boyfriend Glennon. She felt that her son James did not realize what was happening, and Amber did not want to say goodbye to him in tears as he left for Malibu, California. Leah, Amber's eldest daughter, was also upset and felt that it would be uncommon to see her brother only on video calls.

In the latest episode, Amber revealed that she would have to spend a lot of money to travel so she could visit James and She would also have to pay child support. Additionally, revealed that she had yet to see her supposed family home, where Glennon lived, in three years. Later in the episode, Amber's ex-Gary took Amber and Leah to look at the family home. Finally, information obtained was that Andrew was granted primary custody of James after Amber was arrested for domestic violence against him.
