Martin Shkreli is a former hedge fund manager and convicted felon, from America. Martin Shkreli is the co-founder of the hedge funds Elea Capital, MSMB Capital Management, and MSMB Healthcare. He is the co-founder and former chief executive officer (CEO) of the pharmaceutical firms Retrophin and Turing Pharmaceuticals. He served as the former CEO of start-up software company Gödel Systems, which he started in August 2016.

Martin Shkreli was released from Jail on 18th May 2022, Wednesday. Martin was sentenced to seven years in prison, after the 2017 conviction for one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud and two counts of securities. He was ordered to fee $7.3 Million. The federal jury found Martin for lying to the investors, regarding the performance of two hedge funds that he ran, defrauding the investors in his first drug company. There was an allegation that he skimmed money from Retrophin to give back to the investors at the hedge funds for losses he faced.
