What Happened To Danny Dyer Eastenders?
It has been confirmed that Danny will be bowing out of his role as Mick Carter this Christmas, and his last episode was on Christmas day, the ninth anniversary of his arrival. The tragic end saw Mick swept away to sea, and as for whether we'll ever see him again, show boss Chris Clenshaw says, 'You'll have to wait and see.'
While a dead body didn't wash up ashore – giving some hope – don't expect to see Mick return anytime soon, as Danny Dyer is leaving the soap for good. His exit was first announced in January, following the news that he had signed up for a Sky series.
Danny Dyer said, 'Thirty years I've been knocking about in this industry and nearly ten I've been in this show,' and discussing his decision to leave the show. 'To make my decision, I didn't make it lightly. It's a huge job to walk away. I thought long and hard about it and wanted it to be a fitting end, so hopefully, it is.'

Why Did Danny Dyer Leave Eastenders?
Danny Dyer revealed that he had decided to leave the BBC soap earlier this year. The actor revealed that he would be stepping down from his role as Mick Carter back in January. In 2013 Dyer first joined the cast of EastEnders back when he arrived in Walford alongside his wife Linda, played by Kellie Bright.
