'Smart E-Beat' System Was Launched By Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar For The Gurugram Police
Manohar Lal Khattar, the Haryana Chief Minister, has launched an app-based Smart E-Beat system. This was launched for police attendance and real-time monitoring of patrolling by personnel in Gurugram.

CM Manohar Lal Khattar launched this system at an event at the office of the Commissioner of Police and then flagged off 119 motorcycle police riders connected with it.
The Smart E-Beat system was introduced in Gurugram under the Smart Policing Initiative (SPI). This system will help the policemen to mark their attendance and in the monitoring of their rides.

The WHO launched a campaign to make the world hepatitis free. The World Hepatitis Alliance was founded in 2007, and in 2008 the 1st community-organized World Hepatitis Day was observed. The date 28 July was selected as it is the birthday of scientist Dr. Baruch Blumberg. Baruch Samuel Blumberg found the Hepatitis B virus in 1967.
