Playable Characters In Sonic Frontiers
Sonic Frontiers Playable Characters has only one playable character, Sonic himself. However, he can be powered up to Super Sonic when you find all seven Chaos Emeralds. Unfortunately, you cannot play like any other characters or side characters.
Sonic Frontiers' is playable as the latest adventure from the classic character. Playable characters in Sonic Frontiers are Sonic the Hedgehog (Super Sonic). It means you are stuck in the blue blur's shoes for the entire game length as you upgrade and unlock some of the best skills. Sonic will also carry through the game, from the open world to story setpieces and exploration as you open new lands to explore. Big the Cat, Amy, Tails, Knuckles, and others are not playable and act as side characters and meet during the game's story progression.

Sonic Frontiers New Characters
Sonic Frontiers are free and vary from small features to new stories and playable characters. In addition, the first update will introduce a jukebox and photo mode, letting you often jam out to One Ok Rock while snapping all your action shots and include new challenge modes, though bar a few vague screenshots. Unfortunately, there is only so much info on what those will be.
The second update will celebrate Sonic's birthday. It is the first time a few learn that the blue blur has a birthday, in Google, is June 23. So that should be around when we can hope this update arrives. It'll also add more open zone challenges and new Koco to find, which should let Sonic further increase his speed or maximum ring count. As if the little fella wasn't already fast enough.
The most significant and exciting update is the final one, likely to arrive in the latter half of 2023. Again, there'll be a brand-new story and new playable characters to dash around. In addition, it'll be the first time in a hot sec that Knuckles, Tails, and Amy will be playable in a Sonic game, and the new addition Sage will be a part of the roster.

Sonic Frontiers New Playable Characters
Sonic Frontiers is adding four playable characters, new modes, and more in 2023. The first 2023 update will bring a photo mode, a new challenge mode, and a piece of in-game jukebox music. The second will get a new Koco, one of the Frontiers' collectibles, an Open Zone challenge, and "Sonic's Birthday." Sonic's birthday is June 23 - which is only six days after mine, in case you also want to add my birthday to the game Sega.
Update 3 is the most interesting of the bunch, as it will add new story missions and four new playable characters. Those characters are Tails, Knuckles, Amy, and Sage, an A.I. girl created by Dr. Eggman and first introduced as a non-playable character in Sonic Frontiers.
