Ronnie Dean Coleman is a retired professional bodybuilder, from America. He won the Mr. Olympia title for eight years consecutively. He was known as one of the two greatest bodybuilders of all time along with Arnold Schwarzenegger. He is the winner of 26 IFBB professional titles, he is also renowned for his extremely heavy workouts, which made him the strongest bodybuilder and Mr. Olympia of all time. In his early life, Coleman's fellow officer Gustavo Arlotta told him to attend the Metroflex gym. Metroflex Gym is owned by amateur bodybuilder Brian Dobson. Brian provided Coleman with a free lifetime membership if he permits Coleman to train him for the 1990 Mr. Texas bodybuilding competition. Coleman took part in many powerlifting competitions in 1990. He focused to train in spite of the worst condition, but used only light weights, to try to prevent muscle loss in 2018. Few of his surgeries had such poor conditions which may make him never be able to walk without help again.
