Rocket League Frosty Fest 2020 Time

This year's seasonal event has begun on December 14, at 9:00 a.m. PT, according to an announcement posted by the Psyonix Thursday. Three limited-time modes (LTMs) would be available across different periods to celebrate Rocket League's fourth Frosty Fest, beginning with a new method called Winter Breakaway that has users take to a frozen-over Throwback Stadium resembling a hockey rink. The LTM will last from December 14 to December 21. After the Winter Breakaway, the Spike Rush mode would return on Throwback Stadium starting December 21, and then a 2v2 Heatseeker mode will be available on other snowy arenas beginning December 28. Frosty Fest 2020 would end on January 4, and players who complete unique challenges can unlock seasonal items including a Holiday Bow Topper for the one's car and a new animated lights decal. Every player would also have access to a free snowman Antenna called Mr Floeberg in the Rocket League shop for the duration of the event. At the same time, Psyonix promises there will be "additional festive items in the Item Shop" to watch out for. This would be the last in-game event for 2020, and seems to be one that offers fans a fair amount of things to wrap up a year that has been mostly positive for the game, seeing Rocket League reach one million concurrent players and other accolades after it has become free-to-play. Rocket League is not an only game celebrating the holiday season with additional content for users to take in. Respawn Entertainment's battle royale Apex Legends brought its Winter Express LTM back as part of its 2020 Holo-Day Bash, and winter-themed apparel would be made available in various ongoing titles including Fortnite and PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds.
