Open Google Play on your device
Tap on the three dots in the upper left corner
Tap on My Apps and Games
Find and select Roblox in the list of apps
Tap Uninstall
Now Install the game again
8. Close Roblox and Reopen It
Head to the phone's Settings.
Select on My Apps.
Scroll and select on Roblox
Tap on the Force Stop button
Return to the screen with the Roblox Mobile App icon and tap to reopen
9. Reboot Your Device
Power down your device by holding down the power button and tapping Power Off in the options.
Once the device has been powered down for 30 seconds, press the power button and turn the device on.
