Eligibility criteria RITES Recruitment 2021

General Manager (Elect.)

• Qualification: The IRSEE officer should be working in NFSAG/SAG/SG having minimum 18 years of Group-A service. He will deal with Legal & Regulatory matters and coordination matters with BRBCL Zonal Railways, Central & State Govt. Authorities, CERC, SERC, APTEL & Lower/High/Supreme Court etc. including TRU & RE works of Railways as per the requirement. The officer should have at least 3 years of experience in TRD, Railway Electrification etc. Exposure to General Power Supply and Legal & Regulatory matters related with power procurement to IR through open access may be given due preference

• Salary: (7th CPC Matrix level- 14 & 13) As per Rly. Board guidelines the employee is entitled parent pay plus deputation allowance and other perks as admissible on deputation.

• Age Limit: The officer should not be more than 54 years of age as on the last date of submission of application.

General Manager (Elect.)

• Qualification: The officer should be SAG/NF-SAG/SG IRSME officer with minimum 18 years of Group 'A' service. The officer may be posted in any Division/SBU of RITES.

• Job Description and Experience: The officer should have wide experience of working in Open line/Workshops/PUs of Indian Railways. He should have good communication skills & expression ability to engage with clients and should possess basic understanding of Finance and of Corporate working. Post graduation qualifications in Management are desirable.

• Salary: (7th CPC Matrix level- 14 & 13) As per Rly. Board guidelines the employee is entitled parent pay plus deputation allowance and other perks as admissible on deputation.

• Age Limit: He / She should not be more than 55 years of age as on the last date of submission of application.

General Manager / Addl.General Manager (Elect.)

• Qualification: The officer should have experience of working in TRD maintenance/construction of Railway Electrification. Preference will be given for construction experience.

• Salary: (7th CPC Matrix level- 14 & 13) As per Rly. Board guidelines the employee is entitled parent pay plus deputation allowance and other perks as admissible on deputation.

• Age Limit: He / She should not be more than 56 years of age as on the last date of submission of application.

• Applications will be scrutinized on the basis of the following parameters on a 100 point scale:

• Educational Qualification evaluation of CV, length of service (25 marks)

• Previous Work Experiences and Domain Knowledge (25 marks)

• APRs, D&AR and Vigilance record (25 marks)

• Potential/Overall Suitability of the candidate to requirements (25 marks)

How to Apply for RITES Recruitment 2021

• Applicants are required to apply online in the registration application format available in the Career Section of RITES website, http://www.rites.com

• While submitting the online application; the system would generate 'Registration No.' on top of online form filled up by the candidate.

• A copy of this online application form containing the registration number is to be printed, signed and attached with the detailed CV and forwarded through the Cadre Controlling/Zonal Railway.

• Applications are to be sent through respective administrative officer (HQ/Board) indicating No Objection, Vigilance/DAR clearance & Vigilance/D&AR records indicating details of penalty if any, imposed upon the applicant during his service and ACRs for the past 05 years.

• The applicants are also required to send their CV in the prescribed format along with the applications.
