Eligibility criteria NEPA Recruitment 2021
Civil Engineer
Qualification: BE/B.Tech. (Civil) with minimum 55%
Experience: Minimum 5 Years of experience is required in relevant field. Experience should be realized after acquiring essential qualification i.e. post qualification experience.
Upper Age Limit: 45 Years
Salary: Minimum Rs. 20,000/- PM (Negotiable based on experience)
DCS/QCS Operator
Qualification: BE/B.Tech. (IT)/MCA with minimum 55%/ Chemical Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering with relevant experience
Experience: Experience should be realized after acquiring essential qualification i.e. post qualification experience.
Upper Age Limit: 45 Years
Salary: Minimum Rs. 20,000/- PM (Negotiable based on experience)
Paper Machine Operator
Qualification: Diploma in any discipline/ITI in any trade with minimum 55%. Mechanical will be preferable/Minimum 15 years experience in Paper Machine Industry.
Experience: Minimum 4 Years of experience is required in Paper Machine operation. Experience should be realized after acquiring essential qualification i.e. post qualification experience.
Upper Age Limit: 50 Years
Salary: Minimum Rs. 20,000/- PM (Negotiable based on experience)
ITI
Qualification: ITI in Fitter with minimum 55%. ITI in Electrician with minimum 55%, ITI in Instrument with minimum 55%.
Experience: 2 Years of experience is required in relevant field. Experience should be realized after acquiring essential qualification i.e. post qualification experience..
Upper Age Limit: 30 Years
Salary: Minimum Rs. 12,000

Selection Process for NEPA Recruitment 2021
Selection will be made through interview of short listed candidates by online or physical. Merely fulfilling the eligibility criteria does not entitle the candidate to be called for interview. Nepa Limited reserves the right the raise the minimum eligibility standards etc. in order to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview, commensurate with the number of vacancies. General Instruction for NEPA Recruitment 2021
The Management reserves the right to fill or not to fill the above positions without assigning any reason whatsoever.
The prescribed qualification/experience is minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitles a candidate to be called for interview.
In this regard, the company’s decision shall be final.
Any corrigendum/extension to the advertisement shall be hosted on Company’s website only.
Applicants are advised to visit the website regularly.
Any canvassing directly or indirectly by the applicant will disqualify his/her candidature.
Any dispute with regard to the recruitment against this advertisement will be jurisdiction of Nepanagar Court only

Candidates fulfilling the above requirements should submit their application only in the prescribed format duly signed and affixing latest passport size photograph along with self attested copies of the following testimonials / documents:
Document in support of date of birth proof.
All certificates/testimonials in respect of qualifications from matriculation onwards.
Caste certificate/PWD proof as the case may be.
Experience certificate/documents issued by employer in support of experience as mentioned in application form.
NOC/forwarding letter in case candidate employed in PSU/Central /State/ Semi-Government organizations.
Candidates should ensure that they submit all the documents mentioned above along with application fee if applicable. In the event of failure, candidature of such candidate shall be liable to be rejected. Persons discharged/dismissed from service on disciplinary grounds from any organization need not apply. Before applying, candidates should ensure that he/she fulfils the requirements mentioned in the advertisement.
The company would be free to reject any application at any stage of the recruitment process if the candidate is found ineligible.

About Nepa Recruitment 2021
NEPA limited pioneered manufacturing of newsprint in the country. It commenced production from April, 1956 with an installed capacity of 30,000 TPA. The main raw materials were Salai wood and Bamboo which were available in abundance in the forests around Nepanagar. The mill embarked upon major expansion programmes in 1967 and subsquently in 1978 and 1989 to increase its installed capacity to 88,000 TPA. Presently, the Company has switched to Waste paper as basic raw material from original forest based and has thus been able to reduce cost of production. The in-house modifications/alterations to the pulping plants have also helped in processing various quality of waste paper to manufacture Newsprint. Mills is meeting its 100% requirement from Captive Power generation.
