Nene Leakes is an actress, Television personality, presenter, businesswoman, author, and fashion designer from America. Linnethia Monique "NeNe" Leakes is the real name of Nene Leakes. She was born and brought up in Athens, Georgia. She is famous for having appeared on the TV series The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Nene Leakes saw the producers of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, she performed on TV shows like The Parkers thanks to meeting casting director Robi Reed-Humes. In 2003, she appeared in a minor role as a stripper in the movie The Fighting Temptations, which featured Cuba Gooding, Jr. and Beyoncé. But, no scenes of her were present in the final edit of the movie. In 2008, Nene gave her first appearance on The Real Housewives of Atlanta as a real cast member.
Nene Leakes has been a guest host on Anderson Live. On 4th March 2014, she was announced as one of the celebrities, who would take part in the 18th season of Dancing with the Stars. Nene Leakes has released a song, entitled "Come and Get This Hunni," in April 2020.
