Eligibility criteria National Horticulture Board Recruitment 2021

Domain Professional

• Qualification: 

• Graduate in Agriculture/Horticulture Sciences. Preference will be given to candidates with PG, Diploma or MBA in Agri-Business Management from reputed Institutes/Universities.

• Graduate in any discipline with MBA or PG Diploma in Management from reputed Institutes/Universities

• Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting/advisory services in agri/horticulture/food processing sector with a minimum of 5 years experience in implementation of Central Sector and Centrally Sponsored Schemes of Government of India.

• Preference will be given to candidates having experience of working as Programme Management Agency/Programme Management Consultants in implementation of Central Sector and Centrally Sponsored Schemes of Government of India.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field.

• Other Attributes: Candidates should have high proficiency in written communication and drafting skills with sound knowledge of ICT Technology

• Salary: Domain Professionals: Rs 3.15 lakh, Research, Documentation and Analysis Report: Rs 2.10 lakh

• Age Limit: Interested candidates should be below the age of 50 years.

Deputy Managing Director

• Qualification: Post Graduate in Horticulture or Agriculture or Post Harvest Technology or Agriculture Economics or Agriculture Engineering or Post Harvest Management or Food Technology or Food Science from a recognized University

• Salary: Pay Level 13-A of the 7th CPC (Pay Matrix Rs 131100- 216600), Pay Band 4 of Rs 37400-67000 with Grade Pay (pre-revised Rs 8900/-) as per 6th CPC,

• Age: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceeding 58 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

• Eligible and willing candidate may apply through proper channel as per the prescribed format

• Cadre authorities/Head of Departments are requested to forward applications of eligible and willing candidates whose services can be spared on deputation immediately in the event of their selection. The application of only such officers would be considered that are routed through proper channel and are accompanied by following documents:

• While forwarding the application it may also be certified by the cadre controlling authority that the particulars furnished by the applicant have been verified from his service records and found to be correct

• It is therefore, requested that the application in respect of suitable and eligible officers, including documents listed as above may be forwarded to The Managing Director, National Horticulture Board, Plot No 85, Institutional Area, Sector-18, Gurugram-122015 (Haryana).

• The last date for receipt of applications complete in all respects is 30 days from the publication in Employment News, candidate who apply for the post will not be allowed to withdraw their candidature subsequently.

• Applications received after the last date or otherwise found incomplete shall not be entertained.

• National Horticulture Board reserves the right to withdraw the vacancy circulated at any time without assigning any reason
