The Miss Universe Philippines pageant was held for the second time in 2021. On September 30, 2021, the pageant's coronation night was held at the Henann Resort Convention Center in Alona Beach, Panglao, Bohol, Philippines. The event was initially scheduled for September 25, 2021, but was postponed to September 30, 2021, due to an unexpected increase in COVID-19 cases in the Philippines.ABS-CBN broadcasted the coronation night live on KTX.ph on September 30, 2021, with a delayed simulcast on GMA Network on October 3, 2021. After the event, Rabiya Mateo of Iloilo City crowned Beatrice Luigi Gomez of Cebu City as her successor. In December 2021, Gomez will compete in the Miss Universe 2021 competition in Eilat, Israel, representing the Philippines.
