Kajari is a traditional term that explains the women's sweet pain of separation from her husband. To perform the rituals of Kajari Teej, Women visit their Maternal House. On the day of Kajari Teej, Women keep fast for the Well-being and long life of their husbands and takes blessings from Goddess Parvati and Lord Shiva. Married Women also pray for their happy married life by worshipping the epitome of happily married couple, Lord Shiva and Maa Parvati. On this day, Women wear new beautiful clothes, apply mehndi and get ready. This festival is common in the Central States of India like Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and some parts of Madhya Pradesh. In some regions, Women also worship the Neem Tree and Moon.
