Radhika Pandit is a movie and former TV actress from India. She had been a leading actress in the Kannada film Industry. She has worked in many TV soaps such as Kaadambari, Nandagokula and Sumangali. She debuted in the film Moggina Manasu in the year 2008. For that movie, she was awarded the Karnataka State Film Award for Best Actress and South Filmfare Award for Best Actress. She won the Karnataka State Film Award for her performances in Krishnan Love Story and Love Guru.

Radhika Pandit was born in Bangalore Palace Nursing Home to a Saraswat father and a Goan mother. Her father Krishna Pandit is a stage and movie personality. Their family lived in the Malleswaram suburb of Bangalore. She has a younger brother, Gourang. She was brought up in her paternal grandfather's house in Malleswaram. Still, she stays there for "sentimental reasons". She finished her schooling at Cluny Convent High School in Bengaluru. Later, she studied a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) course at Mount Carmel College in Bangalore.

Radhika acted before the camera for the first time in the Kannada movie 18th Cross in 2007. But that movie was temporarily stopped, due to its producer’s death. Then, she began filming with Moggina Manasu. She acted as a college-going teenage girl Chanchala, who faces problems of ragging and irksome boyfriends. She was paired opposite Yash, with whom she had worked in the soap Nandagokula. She gained immense popularity through commercially successful movies like Addhuri, Hudugaru, Drama, Bahaddur, and Mr.and Mrs. Ramachari. Her movie Moggina Manasu which was released in 2008, was a critical success.
