How To Transfer Pokemon Go To Pokemon Home
Pokemon Home is a National Pokedex where the deposited Pokemon will be registered. The first step to transfer Pokemon is to have the mobile version of Pokemon Home linked to the Nintendo Account. Another essential thing to know is that only players at level 40 can transfer by clicking Send Pokemon in Pokemon Home. Then you have to move the Pokemons into boxes of your choice. Link your Nintendo Account
Open your Nintendo Account
Tap the poke ball icon at the bottom of your game screen
Select Settings and select Pokemon Home
Sign in your account, and it will link your Pokemon Go app to Nintendo Account
Make sure that your user name and support ID is displayed match with the Pokemon Home account.
If they don't match, then simply sign out and log in.
Your user name will be found in your Room.
Transfer Pokemon From Pokemon Go
Open your Settings and select Pokémon HOME.
Sign in your Nintendo Account used with the Pokémon HOME
Select the Send Pokémon
Check the GO Transporter Energy, and time it takes to recharge, hit Continue
Select your Pokemon which you would like to transfer and hit Next
Select Transport if there are no issues in it.
Finally, you have transferred.
Receive Pokemon From Pokemon Home
Open your Pokémon HOME.
Tap Yes when you are prompted saying "Would you like to receive them?"
Tap on the View Transferred Pokemon
From the list of transferred Pokemon, choose the Pokemon which you want to receive
Tap Recieve Pokemon
When the transfer is complete, you will be notified on your screen saying Pokemon Received
You can manage all the Pokemon you have received in your pokemon boxes.
How To Transfer Pokemon Home To Sword
Pokemon: Let's Go, Pikachu! And Let's Go Eevee! and Pokemon: Sword and shield both can be moved only in the Nintendo Switch version. Make sure that Pokemon home is set up in Nintendo Switch. If the physical copy is available, then place it in the cartridge slot. Then open Pokemon Home and select the Pokemon which you want to transfer. Then choose the game into which the Pokemon has to be shared. Now deposit the Pokemon in the boxes. Finally, save the changes made.

No, the Pokemons cannot be transferred without the Nintendo Account.

Pokémon Home is compatible with a variety of games, including Pokémon Go and Switch games such as Pokémon Sword and Shield and it has both free and premium features in it.
You can't transfer multiple Legendary Pokémon, Mythical Pokémon, Shiny Pokémon, Lucky Pokémon, or Buddy Pokémon with whom you've reached Good Buddy status or above at a time in the game.
