How Many Ecocash Points are Redeemable?
Minimum 5 Ecocash points are redeemable. All the points earned during the month can be redeemed at the end of the month. This will allow fresh points to accumulate in the new month. Customers can win prizes every month if they have earned their points for that particular month. The points can be redeemed only after reaching the monthly target, i.e. 5 points per month. A customer needs to transact in the following: Send Money, Airtime Purchase, Bill Payment, Merchant Payment, Received money via Cassava Remit & EcoCash Remit into EcoCash FCA Wallet and Banking services (SIE + B2W ) to earn points.
The draws will be conducted during the first week of the following promotion month. Winners will be notified via messages and on the EcoCash Website. Grand draw winners will be notified via direct calls from the customer service teams.
