Chicken Schezwan Fried Rice Ingredients
Basmati rice - 2 cups
Boneless chicken -300 g
Carrot, French beans chopped - ½ cup
Spring onions chopped - ½ cup
Egg - 1
Oil - 2 tbsp
Grated ginger garlic - 2 tsp
Red chilly -2
Sugar - ½ tsp
Schezwan sauce - 1 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup -1 tsp
Pepper powder - ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Procedure To Make Chicken Schezwan Fried Rice
Basmati rice should be washed and cooked with some salt.
Remove the rice from the extra water and reserve it.
Chicken without bones should be cut into small pieces.
The vegetables, including carrots, French beans, and spring onions, should also be chopped finely.
In a small bowl, beat the egg with the salt and pepper powder.
In a non-stick pan, heat the oil.
Add the egg, then scramble it over medium heat.
Set aside the scrambled eggs.
Oil the same pan with 2 tablespoons.
Grated ginger and garlic are added finely.
For a few seconds, sauté
Add red chilies and the spring onion's white piece.
Toss the pan well.
Stir in salt and chicken pieces that have been thinly sliced.
Add water, then cook the chicken in a covered pan.
Add the vegetables and a dash of sugar once the chicken has finished cooking.
