Get your remote control and Open Netflix on your TV. This will take you to the home screen of Netflix.
The Main menu is hidden in the home screen. Navigate to the left using the left arrow on your remote controller to find & open the main menu.
If you couldn't find the menu, navigate towards up to open it.
Select Settings or the gear. Options will appear on the screen.
If you are unable to find the Settings menu or gear icon, do the following on your remote: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up. Now you will see the option to log out.
Select Sign out. You will get the confirmation message on the screen.
You can select Start Over, Deactivate or Reset, if you do not want to deal with a long pattern on the remote with the arrow keys, Select Yes to confirm.
That’s it you will be signed out of Netflix immediately.
How To Sign Out/Logout Of Netflix Account On Smart TV?
Go to the home screen from the Netflix app. You can also use your Remote controller, you will land on the home screen by continuously pressing Return on your remote.
To open the menu, press Left on your remote
Press Down until Get Help gets highlighted, now press the Select button.
Press Down your remote until Sign out is highlighted, now press the Select button.
The confirmation message will appear on the screen to confirm whether you want to sign out. Press the Select button to confirm.
