Winter Wildcards is a winter-themed promo that replaced the FUT Freeze promo in FIFA 22. It was, in turn, the substitution for the fan-favorite FUTmas promo in FIFA 21. Inspite of the promo being days away from release, a few of the Winter Wildcards players have been disclosed online through the reliable FUT leaker @FutSheriff. These players will be part of Team 1 or Team 2. They could also be released as an SBC, Objective, or mini-release. It means that they may not be announced when the squad is released on 23rd December at 6 pm GMT / 1 pm ET / 10 am PT.

How To Get Winter Wildcard Swaps?
Before the Winter Wildcards event, tokens can be obtained through SBCs, Objectives, and the FUT store. EA is set to release 25 tokens all over the event with the highest possible reward pricing, 15 tokens, providing the players a great chance of gathering enough to win the best prize. The rewards can be redeemed in the Swaps part of the SBCs.

EA earlier released four tokens into FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, and they are simple to demand. The first token will be given by logging onto the game, while other tokens can be finished in SBCs and Objectives.
Token 1: Sign into your FUT account (expires 6th January)
Token 2: Finish the ‘FIFA World Cup TOTT Challenge 1’ SBC (expires 26th December)

You can earn up to 25 Winter Wildcard Swaps Tokens in-game from now until the program ends. Winter WIldcard Swap Tokens can be found in select Objectives such as First Owner Fiesta, Silver Stars and some Winter Wildcard Objectives.
