The Guardians spawn at random in the area so landing on Smalle Spires would be a good choice since it is a small area. Luckily, you need to kill only one of the above-mentioned Guardians. After killing them, collect the Guardian Orb that is dropped. You need to then take the Orb to The Spire and place it in the Crystal. As soon as you place it on the crystal, it will shoot a beam of light and the Mythic Spire Boots will pop out. You can pick it up but note that the boots will take up an inventory slot.
