Monster Hunter Rise is an action role-playing based game. It was developed and published by Capcom for the Nintendo Switch. It is the Monster Hunter series’s sixth mainline installment. It was released worldwide in March 2021. A Microsoft Windows version was released later on January 12, 2022. Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, an expansion of the game, was released on June 30, 2022, for both platforms.
How To Get Master Rank Layered Armor
To get Master Layered Armor, you'll have to complete all the main stories. It will take a little time. To be clear, Minayle the Blacksmith will mention that the option is now open once the urgent inquiry "Proof of Courage" has been completed. However, you'll need to farm for items to frame Layered Armor sets. Mostly, the sets are in the taken form of Outfit Voucher+ tokens. These can be earned from Anomaly Investigations at a slow rate, making them the best place to grind during endgame if you are after both fashion and valuable materials. Each piece of hunter Layered Armor has a base cost of 2 Outfit Voucher+ tokens, regardless of rarity, or other materials are also needed. Elder Dragons and certain other monsters will also require a small number of their drops, with others needing rare drops gathered by Meowceneries.
Master Rank Layered Armor sets work exactly like Low/High-Rank sets, letting you change your appearance separately from the actual armor you're wearing for stats. Furthermore, there are no Master Rank duplicates of existing Low/High-Rank sets; however, some new "X" armor sets can be obtained from Master Rank monsters already set in base Rise.

How To Unlock The Sunbreak Armor Sets
There are three secret Sunbreak Armor sets. Two are from Meowceneries, and the third is obtained from the new backroom deals mechanic for the argosy. Here is the steps to unlock the sun break armor sets:
Barbania Set: When sending a buddy to get materials through The Argosy, use the letter of introduction to activating backroom deals. The locked treasure chest is the material you want. When setting up a trade request, a list of unique items that you have a chance to acquire through backroom deals will appear on the right. If a locked treasure chest doesn't seem for you, it's either because you haven't grown enough in rank or haven't earned one. It first appeared on the list in MR 4, presumably because I randomly obtained it through The Argosy.
Five Element Set: Send a Meowcenaries pilgrimage to the Jungle. Any sparkling node can reward you with Nohsic Snuffcap, which will display the armor set at the blacksmith.
Snowshear Set: Send a Meowcenaries pilgrimage to the Citadel. Any sparkling node can reward you with Grooved Bones, revealing the armor set at the blacksmith.
Dignified Set: While not secret, you must acquire a Royal Certificate II to craft Rondine the Trader's outfit.
If the Jungle and the Citadel haven't unlocked for the Meowcenaries, you'll have to progress your master rank and the story until they are.
