First, just in case if you've got the registered mobile together with you, follow the below steps:
Step 1: visit Airtel Official Selfcare website
Step 2: Enter your Registered Mobile Number service ID to activate
Step 3: Then click on OTP
Step 4: Now Enter OTP and LOGIN
Step 5: In the accounts section, find your Name and Customer ID and click on on that
Step 6: search for ‘Connections’ Tab
Step 7: visit Services, Here there'll be two options to feature channels. If you would like to settle on a pack, click on ADD BROADCASTER BOUQUET , If you wish to select and add channels of your choice click on ADD ALACARTE
Step 8: Select the required Channel or Pack and click on on ‘Review & Buy’
Step 9: Click on ‘Confirm’.
That’s all, your favourite channel is activated within 2-3 minutes. Don’t forget to modify your set-top box and also the tv while activating the channels.If you don’t have the registered mobile number with you, in step 2 of the above list choose the choice of ‘Google’ to Log in. The Google account must be the same email id related to your Airtel DTH account. You can use the identical steps to get rid of any unwanted channels from your DTH subscription.
