The Solar Panel Farm is near the Casa Bella residence in Forza Horizon 5, in the western section of the map, east of the Baja California area. Turning off all icons on the map and zooming into the clump of white rectangles immediately south of the main highway will reveal it. Until you've smashed through the solar panels, turn around and do it all over again once you've reached the end of the row. Continue doing so until the Accolade/Challenge in Forza Horizon 5 has been completed. Players can always quit out of the gaming session and try again if they fail to complete the task the first time. The panels will reset and be available to smash once more.
