EGrantz Scholarship 2020 has many features for the students of Kerala. The last date for submitting the application form is December 31, 2020. The following is the EGrantz Scholarship 2020 Eligibility Criteria:
The Scholarship has a set of rules and conditions based on current academic qualification, family income, etc., which needs to be fulfilled to be selected for the scholarship. List of all the EGrantz Scholarship 2020 eligibility criteria:
The applicant must be an habitant of Kerala state.
Students from any recognized college/ board and studying at the post-matriculation level in any field can apply for the Scholarship.
The attendance of the applicant should not be less than 75% at the end of each month.
The candidate should have taken admission under the reservation quota and merit quota.
Students belonging to SC/ OBC/ Other Eligible community [OEC] and Other Socially/ Economically backward communities are eligible to apply for the Scholarship.
The students belonging to SC and OEC do not have any annual family income limitations.
The annual family income of OBC students should not exceed Rs. 1,00,000 for pursuing +2, Degree, Postgraduation and Professional courses.
The annual family income of other students should not exceed Rs.1,00,000 for pursuing +2, Degree, Postgraduation and Professional courses.
The candidates can undertake various programmes: Degree, Diploma, Doctoral, Higher secondary, Polytechnic, Postgraduate, Professional and VHSE courses.
e-grantz Scholarship Amount For Plus Two 2020
The financial assistance provided is based on the category and current academic qualifications of the students. The scholarship amount is sent directly to the applicants’ bank account through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). Below mentioned are the benefits offered by the Egrantz Scholarship 2020:
For SC/ OEC Candidates:
Stipend amount of Rs. 630 to students studying in colleges which is less than 8 km from their residence.
Stipend amount of Rs. 750 to students whose colleges are more than 8 km from their residence.
Rs. 1500 to students who are pursuing professional courses and reside on their own due to lack of hostel amenities.
For OBC Candidates:
The scholarship amount of Rs. 160 is given to students pursuing 10+2 courses.
For students pursuing PG and Professional Courses:
Day scholars get Rs. 200 and Hostellers get Rs. 250.
For students pursuing Polytechnic courses:
Day scholars get Rs. 100 and Hostellers get Rs. 150.

e-grantz Scholarship Details - Application Procedure
The Application for the Egrantz Scholarship 2020 is made online.
Step 1: One-Time Registration
Visit the e-grantz portal.
Select the ‘One-time Registration’ option shown at the bottom of the homepage.
Enter the Aadhar number and Name (as per Aadhar card) and select the ‘Validate Aadhar’ option.
Enter details like Mobile Number, Email ID, Password, and Date of Birth.
Select the ‘Register’ option to proceed.
Step 2: Student Login
After successful registration, Log in to the portal using the registered Email ID and Password.
Step 3: Complete Profile Details
After successful login, complete the student profile by filling up the five sections: Basic Details, Other Details, Bank Details, Upload Details, and Institution Details.
Step 4: Apply for the scholarship
After completing all the details in the e-grantz Scholarship student profile, select the ‘Apply for Scholarships- Post-matric’.
A list of eligible scholarships will be displayed.
Select a scholarship and proceed to start with the application.
Enter all the details and upload all the supporting documents.
Submit the application form.
The online applications can be also be submitted by the applicants at any of the Akshaya e-centres in the state. The Akshaya e-centers provides a printout of the scholarship application form. The last date to submit the printout of the online application with the supporting documents such as domicile certificate, online applications and marks card to the Head of the institution is within a week of admission to the course.

The e-grantz portal allows the students to apply for the scholarship and also track their application status.
Below are the steps involved to check the application status for EGrantz Scholarship 2020:
Visit the e-grantz scholarship portal.
Enter the Aadhar number and Date of Birth and select the ‘Track Application’ button to proceed.
Details such as Application Number, Scheme Name, Applicant Name, Application Location, Date of Application Receival, Application status and remarks will be displayed on the screen.
