The Dance Moms show was created by Collins Avenue Productions and the show revolves around the training and careers of children in the dance field and it also displays the relationship between Abby Lee Miller, the dancers, and their moms. The show was first filmed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and afterwards it was filmed in Los Angeles, California. Initially the Dance Moms show was filmed at the Abby Lee Dance Company studios. The show followed the ADLC’s Junior Elite Competition Team of dancers, who are aged between 6 and 16, they travel each week to various dance competitions, and perform there then win awards. She has a great comedic sense and she told everyone that she doesn’t want to be a broadway dancer but instead she wants to eat chips and lay on the sofa all day.
